CBRE’s Hot 100 shows more modest London growth

It’s worth taking a look at… CBRE’s Annual Hot 100 breaks down the boroughs and looks at average rent, average house prices and annual growth in both areas, plus investment and development, demographic changes and more. Last year, it was Camden leading house price growth with 13%. This year it’s Islington, with a much more modest (by London standards) 7%. Instead of simply copying data over, let me point you here for the tables, and here for further studies.
