Prices up 0.3% in May

The Nationwide’s house price figures are out. It’s a 0.3% rise in prices during May, and a 0.5% over the last three months. That’s a reduction from 0.9% and 0.6% for the previous equivalents. At these levels, though, you could argue the variations don’t matter. The market’s treading water… how rhythmically it’s treading water is merely a detail.
