Rightmove reports asking price collapse in central London

It’s the first time UK asking prices have been lower on the year since 2011 (-0.2%), and the largest monthly fall since 2012 (-1.7%). But it’s in London that the combination of historically high prices and Brexit uncertainties have had the biggest effect on vendor confidence, with asking prices down a staggering 6.9% in Zone 1 compared to the same time last year.
