What do you call gentrification… when it’s in Belgravia?



Astonishingly, a stretch of land between Upper Belgrave Street and Grosvenor Place has been “undervalued”. Combined with more lax planning regulations than conservation-laden surrounding areas… the result? A development spending frenzy, including London’s first £300m house (Forbes House), a hotel with a private penthouse and something like £1.36b investment in total.
