Barratt have been doing the research no how to keep the decibels down while still living in the capital, and… the quietest borough? It might surprise you… Tower Hamlets, with an average reading of 53db. Another surprise… Islington proved loudest, with an average noise reading of around 77db. What does that mean, exactly?
