Facebook marketplace… game-changing?

Google had a good(-ish) go at the business of property search just over five years ago, sending ripples of panic out among the sector, before discovering just what a specialised service it is. But should – asks Property Industry Eye – the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla be concerned about Facebook marketplace, rolling out over the next few days? Expect a new button on your mobile phone app any day now. In the States, one agent (interestingly) has already used the service to list a property.
