Halifax: house prices flatlining

The lender’s newest data shows prices a margin-of-error-ish 0.3% up on the month, and annual gains sliding from 1.9% in May to 1.8% in June. Nor does the lender expect things to change in the coming months, as house buyers, spooked by current economic/political uncertainty – put off major financial decisions.
