Reuters poll suggests Brexit will suppress London house prices

A survey of 30 experts predicts house prices will lag behind inflation nationally and fall by 1% in London in the coming year. However, the average figure hides a wide range of opinion about the London market, from a 2.5% rise to a 6% fall. What seems certain is that buyers and foreign buyers in particular are resisting the temptation of a weak pound while the current chronic Brexit uncertainty continues. More here.
