Okay. First, the negatives. It’s not large… a studio with kitchen area and shower room; it’s for sale by auction which makes £145k a guide price, and there’s the extra element of stress for civilians who might not be prepared with the due-diligence-upfront and deposit-at-the-ready no-nonsense auction vibe; and the lease runs out in 59 years. The positives? A nice west London postcode with both Kensington and Earl’s Court pretty much on the doorstep. Something tells me, however, this will go to a landlord.
