Residently on building a brand in letting

Go here for an interesting interview with the folks behind Residently, at Property Industry Eye. The elevator pitch… landlords let to Residently, who implement minimum standard and a modern branded experience, and then – after rigorous vetting – let to tenants. Landlords get guaranteed income and a minimum of fuss. Tenants know what to expect from a brand and – once the network grows – get to move around freely within the Residently eco-system. The the obvious questions are about numbers, and what a realistic profit margin will mean for both landlords and tenants. An innovative idea, though, that’s for sure.
